Fiction writer, Anne Shelley, writes stories about strong women and transports us into their worlds.  Whether it is the urban jungles of Sophie Drake where she is struggling to find the truth amongst the lies or the 1880’s Wild West of Soiled Doves the women in her stories are not willing to be victimized.  They are not going to be nice and behave.  That’s for other women in other stories.

Anne Shelley loves to read and write stories about strong women.  She sees a world where women are overlooked or underrated.  In Soiled Doves, they are seen as unimportant and use that to manipulate the men around them. In Sophie Drake, who is unthreatening on the surface, but has been a victim before and it’s never going to happen again.
