Anne Shelley

Anne Shelley's lifelong passion for history, particularly women's roles in it, has driven her on a remarkable journey. Throughout her schooling, she found that historical narratives often centered around men, leaving her curious about the untold stories of women during those times. What were they doing while men were engaged in gun battles and winning wars? This question became the driving force behind her quest.

Anne's exploration of history took her to Tombstone, Arizona, a place where she witnessed the harsh living conditions and discovered photographs of women who had worked as prostitutes in the "Wild West." This experience served as the catalyst for her storytelling.
